FLPA hosted Winter School on Cambodian and Chinese Law: Law Students’ Perspectives.

Master’s students in the International Human Rights Law program at Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia and Peking University in China shared their perspectives on:
– The developmental stage of the legal framework on labor and employment issues;
– The roles of international labor standard of the ILO in domestic labor law development; and
– Difficulties & challenges for the domestic implementation of fundamental labor rights in Cambodia and China.
Students also discussed the observation from the factory visit in Cambodia.
